Blkout
Blkout are a hardcore band from Perth, Western Australia, Australia formed in 2007. Originally the band was signed to Perth label Suppression Records, however, just before the release of their debut LP Total Depravity in mid 2009, they signed to Australia's long serving, and arguably best hardcore/punk label, Resist Records. Blkout have supported numerous international and Australian bands on tour, including Parkway Drive, Rise and Fall, Miles Away, Fc Five, 50 Lions, Break Even and Trash Talk among others.
Josh Pyke
It didn't take long before Josh's unique voice and song writing style, influenced by the likes of Elliott Smith, Evan Dando, and Sparklehorse, began to find favour amongst music tastemakers, critics and Triple J listeners. The first taste, the assured 'Kids Don't Sell Their Hopes So Fast', found high rotation on Triple J and soon 'Silver' and the gently sweeping 'Doldrums' followed to similar praise and airplay. These tracks are now available on the CD 'Recordings 2003-2005' through The Million records.
The Butterfly Effect
There have been at least three bands called The Butterfly Effect: 1; A popular live Australian project (The majority of the images and music here) 2; A Swedish 90's Electronic Band, and 3; a Thai Rock/indie band
There has also been a fourth, from Canada, who has a song traveling around called "an ultraviolet apology'.

Dead Letter Circus
Dead Letter Circus is a five-piece music group from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Their music style is a combination of melodic alternative rock and indie rock, with alternative metal and progressive rock influences. Major influences of the band include Faith No More, Muse, The Mars Volta, Radiohead, U2, Cog, Deftones, Tomahawk, Massive Attack, Shihad, The Butterfly Effect, Portishead, Karnivool and At The Drive-In.

Kimbra, born and bred in Hamilton, New Zealand has been writing a fusion of jazz and soul for over 5 years, known for her erratic but graceful voice inspired by the likes of Björk and Jeff Buckley. Kimbra's first success was in 2004, receiving Second place in the Smokefree Rockquest along with Best Vocals and Womens Musicianship. Before her debut album, Kimbra released 2 singles: 'Simply On My Lips' and 'Deep For You'. Kimbra's debut album, Vows was released in 2011. Three singles have been released from this album - 'Cameo Lover', 'Settle Down', 'Good Intent'
Parkway Drive
Parkway Drive is a melodic metalcore band from Byron Bay, Australia. As of 2007, Parkway Drive has released an EP, entitled Don't Close Your Eyes, two split CDs, and two full-length albums, Killing with a Smile and Horizons. Parkway Drive formed in the summer of 2003, their name coming from the street they used to practice on in their home town of Byron Bay, Australia. Not long after they had formed, they released a split EP with Adelaide band I Killed The Prom Queen (Disbanded).
Gossling
Gossling is singer/songwriter Helen Croome from Australia. Raised in country Victoria, Australia, Croome developed her musical interests thanks to family and the strong music culture of Albury/Wodonga. Hilltop Hoods

The Hilltop Hoods are an Australian hip hop group, originating from Adelaide, South Australia. Their name comes from a part of Adelaide known by all the local B-Boys as the Hilltop, where the group comes from. One day, another local rapper, Flak, from the Cross Bred Mongrels said that's what they should call themselves, and the name stuck. The group formed in the early 1990s when MCs Suffa and Pressure met at high school.

2. BENI is a Japanese pop singer, currenly signed to the Universal Music Japan record label. She made her debut as a member of the defunct supergroup Bishoujo Club 31, and was the first member of the group to pursue a solo career while being an active member. In 2004, she debuted on the avex trax record label as Arashiro Beni (安良城紅).
Warbrain
