Musicosity Email was launched today to help artists and the live industry improve how they communicate with audiences.
The service which is free if you send up to 1000 emails per month allows artists and businesses to organise, design and manage their email campaigns in the web browser, as well as offering the lowest sending rates there are no monthly contracts or annual fees to worry about.
Musicosity Email was created for independent artists and businesses and was developed following a number of inquiries asking to recommend a campaign management tool that was flexible and low cost.

I imagine at some point in time any promoter of venue manager has spent hours trying to get the best price on printing posters and leaflets for events.
So I thought we could share some findings here and help everyone save money and get the best service available. Strength in numbers and all that.
Please leave your findings, contacts and prices as threads on this forum... I'll then get someone to collate the information and publish the results.
This is the Concert Promoters Checklist wiki... feel free to add ideas and activity to the wiki.

If your marketing cost more than the ticket revenue you got back, you wouldn't do it, right?
Marketing shouldn't be a cost, it should be an investment, and it should work! Sure it depends on the audience response as well, but how do now who/where they are and get some intelligence about what they're into and likely responses?
